Announcements for Thursday, August 22, 2024

Dear Parents, Guardians, and Staff,
The 2024-2025 school year is right around the corner – 13 days from today!
I’m excited to welcome our new and returning students and families. I hope you have a successful year. Our team of teachers, administrators and staff members are here to support you!
I wanted to take this opportunity to share with you a few important updates:
The 2024-2025 bus information, class lists, schedules, and teacher assignments for students will be available tomorrow - Friday, August 23rd - in the Parent Portal. Visit our User Guide for help accessing your account.
We launched our new website this week. Our goal with this redesign was to create an easy to navigate website with organized resources and important, up-to-date information. We are still making updates. If there is something you are looking for, please email support@bville.org. Thank you for your patience.
You should receive the Hive in the mail in the coming days. Please take the time to review it because it contains important forms and information for the 2024-2025 school year. You also should have already received the District Calendar. We hope you enjoy it!
This year we are also converting several of our forms to ParentSquare forms. They can be found in your ParentSquare feed.
We are introducing a ParentSquare community group for extended family members and interested community members who want information on school closures, important updates, budget information and public events. Share this sign-up link with those who you think would be interested in joining our Bees Community Connection.
The Back to School Quick Reference Guide is posted on our website. Please review it and let us know if you have any questions. You can email questions about the guide, website, Hive or District Calendar to sbuckshot@bville.org.
We are looking forward to the first day of school on Wednesday, September 4, 2024. Please continue to check ParentSquare and our website, www.bville.org, for updates. As always, please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have. Enjoy the rest of the summer break. We’ll see you in 13 days!
Sincerely,

Dr. Joseph M. DeBarbieri
Superintendent of Schools
