Community Café to Explore Screen Time in Schools
The Baldwinsville Central School District will host its next Community Café from 6 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, October 20, at the Theodore R. Durgee Jr. High School cafeteria.
Community Cafés bring together students, staff, parents and community members to learn about and discuss important topics impacting the school district. Participants gather in small groups to share ideas, perspectives and experiences while enjoying light refreshments.
The October Community Café will focus on “Screen Time in Schools.” Participants will have an opportunity to learn more about the topic, share their perspectives and provide feedback as the district continues to explore questions surrounding technology and screen use in schools.
All Community Cafés during the 2026-27 school year will be held in the Durgee Jr. High School cafeteria.
Registration is required.
The district looks forward to bringing the Hive together to explore questions that matter, build relationships and share knowledge and ideas that help build, educate and empower our students.
