Today marks the end of the third marking period. Time sure does fly when you’re having fun! Report cards will be available in SchoolTool on Friday, April 11th, which is our last day before Spring Break!
It was a busy week in our Hive! I have a several announcements to share with you today:
Championship Weekend Results:
Congratulations to our Indoor Drumline and our Color Guard teams who delivered fantastic performances at their championship competitions last weekend! Our Varsity Color Guard team was voted the 2025 “Fan Favorite” and was the recipient of the Robert Morse Award for most improved group at the Mid York Color Guard Circuit Championships, which was held at North Syracuse Junior High School on Saturday. Our Junior Varsity Color Guard team was also voted “Fan Favorite” and our ERA team, our youngest guard group, won the silver medal! Our Indoor Drumline took home the gold medal and the first place score at the New York Percussion Circuit Championship, which was held on Sunday in Rochester. Congratulations, Bees! We are so proud of you for your well-deserved accomplishments and recognitions! Go Bees!
Our Varsity Color Guard competed on Thursday at the 2025 Winter Guard International (WGI) Color Guard World Championships in Ohio. They delivered a great performance and made Baldwinsville proud! Congratulations on a great season, Bees!

The Baldwinsville Theater Arts Program will present the Clue on Stage - High School Edition play at 7 p.m. on Friday, April 25th and Saturday, April 26th. Online tickets are available now at www.bvilletheater.com. Tickets are no cost to the public. No online fees are assessed for free tickets.
Athletics Update:
Congratulations to the 19 C.W. Baker High School student-athletes who signed their letters of intent to play collegiate sports on Tuesday as part of National Letter of Intent Signing Day. The students signed their letters in the company of parents, coaches, family members, administrators, teachers and friends at C.W. Baker High School. See the list of names in ParentSquare.
Congratulations to our winter 2024-2025 varsity teams who qualified for the NYSPHSAA Scholar Athlete Team Award. To qualify, 75% of the team’s roster must be 90% or higher. You can see the entire list of athletes on our website.
Jazz All-County Festival:
Congratulations to 8th Grader Isabella Tapia who represented our district at the Junior High/ Senior High Jazz All-County Festival at CBA last weekend. Congratulations, Isabella!
Community Café:
Please join us for our next Community Café, which will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, April 29th at C.W. Baker High School in the cafeteria. The topic discussed will be Wellness for the Mind and Body. Guests will gather in small groups as we share ideas, perspectives and light refreshments. Registration is required. We hope you can join us as we explore questions that matter, build relationships and share our knowledge and ideas to help build, educate and empower our students!
Calendar Reminders:
The third marking period ends today, Friday, April 4th.
Report cards will be available in SchoolTool on Friday, April 11th.
There is no school or students for Spring Break on Monday, April 14th to Friday, April 18th.
District Offices are closed on Friday, April 18th in observance of Good Friday.
Students and staff return to school on Monday, April 21st.
